Visit the Gaspesian British Heritage Village

Set on Duthie’s Point, a beautiful 82-acre setting on the shore of the Bay of Chaleur, the Village
offers you an enjoyable, relaxing and educational experience.

Enjoy the Village at your pace using the map which is included in our brochure or take a guided
tour - our knowledgeable staff will accompany you on horse and carriage. Tours take place daily
at 11 AM and 2 PM.

Your admission includes access to several of the Village's historic buildings, interesting and
educational exhibits, beautiful walking trails and family activities. Visit our boutique located in
the Gendron General Store and have a light meal, coffee, tea or dessert in Darlene's Tea Room
located in the W.H. Willett Store.

Don’t forget to visit the Bay of Chaleur Military Museum which honours the area’s rich military
tradition. And while you're here, see the splendid view of the bay from the Duthie’s Point
Lighthouse.

The Gaspesian British Heritage Village is also home to several special events which take place year
round. From Old Christmas to the New Richmond Bluegrass Festival, our events are very popular
with both locals and visitors alike.
